Daily leasehold is mostly hotel line of business than real-estate business. Apartments, working at daily leasehold, are mostly specially repaired with all conveniences, technique and accessories.
Such apartments can be leasehold from 2 to 30 days. Payment is per daily cost.
Cost of apartment includes bedding and kitchen-ware, towels, electricity, cold & hot water, city phone communication.

Monthly leasehold
If your leasehold term is from 1 to 2-3 months, you can leasehold it with monthly payment. Such apartment costs less than daily.
Cost of apartment includes our commission, public utilities, bedding and kitchen-ware, towels, weekly apartment cleaning (in most apartments). Apartments cost does not include phone communication, internet, electricity.

Long-term leasehold
Apartments on our site for long-term leasehold are the apartments with leasehold from 3 months to some years.
Monthly apartments cost for long-term leasehold is a cost of owner-dweller of the apartment. It does not include commissions of our e-net agency, which make one-shot 50% cost from monthly apartment cost. Most of owner-dwellers for long-term leasehold prefer to take pre-payment for 2 months. Apartments for long-term leasehold are usually not completed with bedding and bath utensils; apartment cleaning services are not provided.
Cost of apartment usually includes: public utilities.
Apartments cost does not include phone communication, electricity, cleaning, bedding, commissions for our services.
Apartment for long-term leasehold are not reserved in advance. Look-up and и residence are done on arrival day or by your representatives in advance.
