Pre-payment


Customer guarantee apartment reservation by pre-payment.


Pre-payment amount for apartment reservation includes itself cost of daily payment.

Advanced pre-payment for hole leasehold terms is taken on great holidays on some apartments.

Pre-payment is included into total amount and is deducted at final settlement.

If you are not arriving, pre-payment will not be returned. Reservation dates can not be delayed. You must pay all reserved days minus pre-payment on day of your arrival.

Pre-payment is taken on given account in any branch of "Aval Bank" in Ukraine.

Reservation is valid just after pre-payment obtaining.

After your pre-payment obtaining (cost of one day of leasehold), we pay your reservation to owner-dwellers or managers of chosen apartment and after this send you a confirmation of reservation with your name, dates, apartment number and its address.

In case while you are making pre-payment this apartment was already reserved we will offer you another option. In case it suites you, reserve it, if not then we turn your pre-payment back.

If you cancel reservation after confirmation of reservation pre-payment will not be returned.

We cannot guarantee reservation without pre-payment. In this case at your arrival you can call us and if there are any free apartment, we will be glad to make your residence.
